Flow yoga class geared towards athletes.
The class will focus on:
Pranayama (breathing exercises) for improved lung performance and as a precursor to meditation.
Asana (Hatha yoga postures) for strength and stability.
There will be eight sets of spare equipment (mat / block / strap) at the class. However, there can be up to 18 people in the class. Please bring your own equipment if you have it to ensure that you are able to practice.
There is a relaxation period (Savasana) at the end of the class which usually lasts 5-10 minutes. The room is usually warm, however, bring a lightweight blanket to put over yourself if you get cold easily.
Exeter Triathlon Club Members: £3 (debit / credit card only – must present ETC membership card)
